I coordinated and operationalised the launch campaign of the Pernambuco Manifesto, created by a committee of organisations working on democratic strengthening across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. The manifesto is an ethical-political declaration calling for the reinvention of democracy in the Global South, centred on the leadership and participation of women - Black, Indigenous, working-class, lesbian, bisexual, and trans women.
The campaign positioned the manifesto as a collective announcement of the future, articulating shared principles, commitments, and a call to action. It included a coordinated social media rollout with signatory organisations, a poetic narration by a slam artist in video and audio formats, a landing page for downloads, and an email campaign via Mailchimp.
All materials were produced in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, ensuring a multilingual campaign aimed at both regional and global audiences.
